Adam serves as Designated Broker and General Counsel to Jim Hayden and Associates. Adam has been involved in brokerage since 2004, and was previously an investment market analyst for a national commercial real estate brokerage company. He holds a Bachelor’s degree from Arizona State University where he majored in accounting, and a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Arizona. Adam became a member of the State Bar of Arizona in 1996, primarily engaged in real estate related matters, and brings his legal knowledge and perspective to his work with JHA and its clients. As a practicing attorney, Adam has learned the importance of attention to detail and professionalism at a higher level than many other real estate organizations.

Adam’s goal is to achieve your real estate goals in a prompt, efficient, and professional manner. His background enables him to foresee potential issues that others may not, saving his clients from complications and expenses in the future.
