Joan serves as Senior Vice President for Jim Hayden & Associates. Joan’s extensive marketing and organizational management experience provides her with the expertise to lead the organization’s marketing efforts.
In addition to 30 years in corporate business development, Joan has served as a Municipal Council Member, Vice Mayor and Planning and Zoning Commissioner, enabling Joan to be a true asset in the Brokerage side of Commercial Real Estate for JHA. Having watched and participated in the growth of Arizona since graduating from Arizona State University, she acquired her Arizona State Real Estate License as an Agent.
In addition to Joan's vast corporate management experience, Joan is a sales and marketing and business development professional. She has an innate skill, fine-tuned through years of successful execution for finding, marketing and securing clients for niche markets. Joan is a dedicated and tenacious competitor in finding the right solution for her clients. Joan, as well as the entire JHA team, is available to assist any individual or organization in Real Estate needs while maintaining the highest level of ethics, honesty and a comprehensive process all in the best interests of the client.
